To lead, develop and grow the Shoes Export Manufacturing Business of the company based in Chattogram, Bangladesh. The current size of the business is about US$ 100MM but has the potential to grow quickly as the capacity has already been built. <ul><li> The chief representative of the Shoes Operations.</li><li> Develop long-term strategies and profitable growth in Shoe Business.</li><li> Develop an annual business plan and execute according to the plan. Perform regular reviews of the business.</li><li> Keep abreast of all relevant customer requirements and industry trends. Highlight implications to top management accordingly.</li><li> Develop strong and sustainable structure/ SOPs for the total Shoe Business. Make sure all the SOPs are being followed.</li><li> Work on any other initiatives as aligned with top management.</li></ul> Experience Requirements <ul><li> Minimum 20 years of related working experience</li><li> Seasoned and matured professional with great business sense</li><li> Experienced in shoe manufacturing business environment</li></ul> Technical Competency Requirements <ul><li> Rich, relevant Technical and Quality knowledge on Sports, Casual and Safety Footwear</li><li> Strong Product Development and Marketing skills</li><li> Good understanding of Shoe Production</li><li> Good communicator in English both written and oral</li></ul> Behavioral Competency Requirements/Attributes <ul><li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li> Strong analytical skill</li><li> Strong ownership and result oriented</li><li> Positive and continuous improvement attitude</li><li> Good supervisory and management skills</li><li> Team player, people-oriented</li></ul>
